A flight number tells us more than an arrival time
When booking airport transport, send us the date, flight number and passenger count. Include a phone number for someone travelling with the group. Landing time is not the moment everyone is ready to board: passengers still need to leave the aircraft, complete any checks and collect their bags.
If your guests arrive on several flights, decide whether they will travel together or in smaller groups. Let us know about flight changes or revised passenger numbers so we can adjust the agreed arrangements.
Winter luggage needs space of its own
Large suitcases, a pushchair or ski equipment can influence the choice of vehicle as much as passenger numbers. Please tell us roughly how many bags you have and their sizes. We can then select a suitable option from our fleet for your whole group.
A clear meeting point makes for a calmer start
Before arrival, confirm the meeting point, group contact and destination address. For hotels in central Prague, check vehicle access and stopping arrangements too. Agree waiting conditions and any additional stops when booking, so everyone knows what to expect.
