At the beginning of a collaboration, we always analyse: how many guests will arrive, from where, at what times and how they will move between venues. Based on this, we will propose an optimal solution.
Multiple vehicles, one control room
For large events, we deploy multiple vehicles coordinated from one dispatch center. Each vehicle is tracked in real time by GPS and the dispatcher addresses any deviations from the plan immediately.
VIP transportation
For key guests and speakers, we provide personalized transportation in premium chauffeured vehicles. Discreetly, punctually and to the highest standard.
