A multi-day tour of Europe is always more logistically challenging for a travel agency or company than a day trip. Proper transport planning is the key to making the whole trip run smoothly.
Choosing a route and timetable
When planning a multi-day trip, it is important to take into account the maximum daily driving time of the driver (according to EU regulation, maximum 9 hours per day, 10 hours twice a week). Therefore, we plan to rotate drivers on longer routes.
Driver accommodation
Don't forget that the driver needs rest. Arrange accommodation for the bus crew - ideally in the same hotel as the passengers.
International requirements
When travelling abroad, we take care of all documentation - international permits, vignettes, tolls and insurance. Knowledge of the rules of each country is our strength.
